Which Crypto Clipping Platform Pays Best? CPM vs Volume (2026 Data)

The highest CPM is not the most money. We cross our tracked data (CPM, weekly budget, niche) across crypto-paying clipping platforms to show what really pays.

Everyone compares crypto clipping platforms by one number: the CPM printed on the campaign card. It is the wrong place to stop. A high CPM on a platform with almost no campaigns pays you less than a middling CPM on a platform flooded with work. Because we track the crypto-paying platforms live, we do not have to guess: we can cross three things our directory actually records, the CPM that campaigns display, the budget in play week after week, and how pay shifts by niche. Here is what the numbers say, sample sizes and all.

Step 1: the CPM (the number everyone stops at)

Over the last four weeks, counting each campaign once at its latest observed rate, the median CPM per crypto platform looks like this.

PlatformMedian CPM (USD)Campaigns measured
reach.cat$2.0024
Clipur$2.0011
Promote.fun$1.7550
ClipStake$1.0021

The naive conclusion: if you only look at the rate, reach.cat and Clipur pay the most, and ClipStake pays the least, roughly half. If the CPM were the whole story, you would open a reach.cat account and stop reading. Do not stop reading.

Step 2: the volume (why the CPM lies to you)

A CPM is a rate, not a paycheck. To earn it you need campaigns to clip, and a budget deep enough that it does not run dry the day you show up. So we summed the total budget in play, the money advertisers have actually put up for clippers, on each platform, week by week.

PlatformAug 3Aug 10Aug 17Aug 24
Promote.fun$64,800$71,720$42,960$50,860
ClipStake$35,544$26,355$25,570$24,685
reach.cat$4,269$4,252$3,902$3,702

Now the picture flips. reach.cat has the best CPM and the least money in play, around $4,000 a week, roughly fifteen times less than Promote.fun. Its handful of campaigns get taken fast. ClipStake pays half the CPM but keeps six to eight times more budget on the table, so there is far more work to actually do. And Promote.fun quietly wins both: a strong $1.75 CPM on top of the deepest budget pool. Clipur is newer in our index, so we do not yet have a four-week series for it; its first full week sat near $9,000, between reach.cat and ClipStake on volume.

Step 3: your niche (what the platform choice hides)

There is a third variable that often matters more than the platform: what you clip. Our crypto-only sample is too small to split cleanly by niche, so here we widen to the whole market we track (every platform, live pay-per-view campaigns, at least five campaigns per niche). The spread is real.

NicheMedian CPM (USD)Campaigns
Product$1.5071
Tech$1.5053
Entertainment$1.00127
Music$1.00113
Personal brand$1.00111
Gaming$0.8021
Design$0.409

Product and tech pay the highest median, around $1.50; design pays the lowest, about $0.40, nearly four times less. But look at where the volume sits: entertainment, music and personal brand carry the most campaigns by a wide margin, at a middling $1.00. So the honest answer to which niche pays best is that it depends on what you make. A tech clipper and an entertainment clipper should not pick the same platform, or the same campaign, even on the same day.

The disclaimer nobody puts at the bottom: take your money out

Crypto payouts are cheaper than card and bank rails, and we did the full fee teardown in our guide to crypto-paying platforms. But cheaper to receive does not mean safe to leave sitting. Two risks are specific to this corner of the market.

So which crypto platform should you clip on?

There is no single answer, and any article that hands you one is selling something. What the data supports: Promote.fun is the strongest all-rounder right now, a good CPM on the deepest budget. ClipStake trades rate for steady volume. reach.cat pays the best rate but on a thin catalog, so treat it as a keep-an-account-ready platform, not a full-time one. And your niche can move the needle more than any of them.

That is exactly why we built a live directory instead of freezing a ranking in an article. Filter the campaigns that pay in crypto, sort by CPM, and take the best one on offer today across every platform at once. The platform comparator keeps each one's rail, fees and live campaign count current. The numbers here are a snapshot of August 25, 2026; the directory never is.

FAQ

Which crypto clipping platform has the highest CPM?

In our four-week data (August 2026), reach.cat and Clipur show the highest median CPM at about $2.00, ahead of Promote.fun at $1.75 and ClipStake at $1.00. But reach.cat carries by far the least budget, so the highest CPM is not the most earnings. See the volume section above.

Which one actually lets you earn the most?

For steady earnings, the budget in play matters as much as the CPM. Promote.fun combines a strong CPM with the deepest weekly budget in our data, with ClipStake second on volume. reach.cat is best kept as a high-rate account you use when a campaign drops.

Are the dollar figures reliable if payouts are in tokens?

We convert to dollars only when the token is a dollar-pegged stablecoin (USDC or USDT) or has a reliable price. When it does not, we keep the token amount rather than print a fake dollar figure. Every number in this article is USD or USD-pegged.
