The service
Clipping Atlas is a directory of paid clipping campaigns: it aggregates campaigns published by third-party platforms, normalizes them and makes them searchable and filterable. The service includes free features, an optional account (favorites, alerts) and a Pro subscription unlocking the full catalog.
Your account
You agree to provide a valid email address and not to impersonate anyone. The login codes sent to you are personal; you are responsible for the activity of your session.
Pro subscription
The Pro subscription is paid through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it at any time from your account (billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The applicable prices are those displayed on the site at the time of subscription.
Data provided “as is”
The campaigns, CPMs, budgets and statistics shown are aggregated automatically from publicly accessible pages of the listed platforms and refreshed periodically. A campaign may have changed or disappeared between two refreshes. This data is provided for information only, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability, and is not financial advice.
Outbound links and affiliation
The site contains links to third-party sites, some of which are referral links (see the legal notice). Clipping Atlas is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt the service (overloading, circumventing access restrictions, automated bulk extraction).
- Do not resell or republish the service's data without written permission.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The site's original content (articles, design, code, the Clipping Atlas brand) remains the property of its publisher. The trademarks and logos of the listed platforms belong to their respective owners.
Liability
The service is provided “as is” and may evolve or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the displayed data or for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the last revision date appears at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you may also bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence, and use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
